Patients can cancel their appointments according to the functionality available on the platform (for example from the “My appointments” page).
2. What happens after cancellation
- Cancelled appointments are marked as cancelled.
- Cancelled appointments do not remain active.
- When technically applicable, the released time slot becomes available for booking again.
3. Cancellation or change by the doctor
Doctors may cancel or reschedule appointments according to the platform functionality.
4. Deadlines, no-shows and financial consequences
The exact cancellation deadline, no-show rules and any financial consequences will be configured after the business policy is finalised.
MeDate does not apply financial penalties or provide refunds unless such policies are actually implemented and described here.
